SA firms merge to form BEE giant

Kagiso Trust Investments and the Tiso Group this month completed their merger to form Kagiso Tiso Holdings, a leading, black-owned South African investment company of scale, with a diverse base of quality assets with a gross value in excess of R13-billion.
