The Global Child Labor Conference opens in the Hague, the Netherlands, today. Participants from 80 countries are gathering to discuss how the situation with child labor has changed over the past four years and adopt a so-called ‘road map’ to end the worst forms of child labor by 2016, the ITAR-TASS news agency reports.
