Sovgavan – Sea Port Special Economic Zone, First In Russia

Work is currently underway to set up a sea port special economic zone, the first in Russia, in the Khabarovsk Region. It will be located in the Far Eastern seaport of Sovetskaya Gavan, whose bay is regarded as of the best deep-water bays in the world.
