Russian tanker released, but piracy still a problem

Representatives of the Russian, NATO’s and the EU’s navies have met on board the Russian submarine chaser “;Marshal Shaposhnikov”; soon after it came into the port of Djibouti. They discussed cooperation in combating piracy off the Horn of Africa.
