No foreign military observers in Abkhazia – Bagapsh

Foreign military observers will not be allowed into Abkhazia. The republic’s President Sergei Bagapsh has told reporters in Sukhumi the observers should remain in places from which the threat of an armed conflict emanates and the past 20 years have shown that it emanates from Georgia.
