Chechnya ’s President Ramzan Kadyrov has called for a crusade against extremist distortions of Islam. Meeting with foreign journalists on Thursday, he said a nationwide propaganda campaign was needed to counter the ideology of militants misinterpreting the Koran. The methods they use have nothing to do with Islam.
