President of the International Olympic Committee IOC Jacques Rogge has opened the Museum of Sporting Glory in Russia’s Black Sea resort of Sochi on Tuesday. Speaking at the opening ceremony Rogge said that Sochi which is to host 2014 Winter Olympics is becoming an Olympic city.
