The British Petroleum company BP, blamed for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, has started drilling a second well in an attempt, experts believe, to stop the further flow of oil. Apart from this, BP crews managed to reduce the amount of oil reaching the surface by using chemicals at the underwater gusher.
