Greek deficit expected to reach 8.5 percent of GDP

Greeces cabinet met on Sunday to approve a draft budget for next year amid warnings the countrys deficit for 2011 will reach 8.5 percent of GDP. The cabinet also finalised a plan to cut 30,000 civil service positions by the end of 2012.
