BARCELONA – A new English-language newspaper covering Catalonia was launched Tuesday.
Catalonia Today is a 20-page free newspaper for English-speakers living in Catalonia. It is also aimed at tourists.
The paper will be distributed throughout Barcelona and across the region.
Editor Stephen Burgen, a former correspondent of The Times, will head a team of 10 journalists.
It is being backed by the company which also produces the Catalan daily El Punt.
